Return Policy

  1. Product return is accepted within 30 days of the order date.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. To return an item, please contact your agent in charge or email enquiry@lokusworld.com and state the reasons for the return.
  4. There will be no refund for the product sold.
  5. However, we will exchange the said product on 1 on 1 basis. For example, 1 defect box/sachet exchange 1 new box/sachet.
  6.  The returned products will be checked together with the receipt.
  7. Lokus Medical (M) Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  8. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their exchanged product within 3 – 20 working days after the confirmation.
  9. Samples are strictly not eligible for exchange.
  10. Shipping fees are not refundable.
